🚚 SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to Switzerland, Germany, and the Netherlands.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & Duties For orders shipped to Switzerland, no customs fees apply for domestic shipments. Orders shipped to Germany and the Netherlands may be subject to local VAT and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
